Lady Mavs beat Pratt CC at Home
Women's Basketball comes away with a win on Wednesday against Pratt 75-66, breaking their losing streak and securing their first conference win of the season. Northwest Tech shot 53.6% from the field and 37.5% from beyond the arc.
It was a closely contested game in the first quarter. Both teams struggled to score to start the game, with the first points being scored almost four minutes into the game. The second quarter was the same for the most part until the Lady Mavs pulled away, finishing the half 37-24.
The Second half was also close, with Northwest Tech scoring 18 to Pratt's 16 points in the third quarter. The Lady Mavs finished the game scoring 20 points, to Pratt's 26.
