Women's Wrestling Compete at Midland Open

Northwest Tech Women's Wrestling competed in the Midland Warrior Open last weekend. The tournament was packed with some of the top wrestlers in the nation.

Citori made her return from a shoulder injury in November. "She met two of the best wrestlers in the country," commented Coach Tate. "You could tell she was a bit rusty, but she fought hard. Everyone competed hard and continue to improve. We look forward to competing at Nationals in March."

Women's Wrestling will compete next at the NJCAA Women's Wrestling Championships in Council Bluffs, IA, March 1st through the 2nd.
