Bio

Breon Baker is entering his first season as the Men's Assistant Basketball Coach at Northwest Tech. Before joining NWKTC, Baker spent the previous season at ISA, a prep academy in Willoughby, Ohio. Prior to that, Breon spent two years at Albany Technical College in Albany, Georgia, where he helped set a program record in wins.

Baker's basketball journey began at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR) under Coach Darrell Walker. He started as a student manager in 2018 and quickly climbed the ranks, becoming the Assistant Director of Basketball Operations for the Trojans in 2019. His contributions were vital in the team's success, helping them secure the 2020 Sunbelt Regular Season Championship.

Before his time at UALR, Baker gained experience as a student assistant at Ranger College, working alongside head coach Billy Gillispie. Originally from Little Rock, Arkansas, Breon earned his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2020.

Breon Baker's diverse coaching background make him a valuable asset for the Men's Basketball program at Northwest Tech.
