"It was a great meet for everyone," commented Coach Kiptoo. "We had several PRs among our athletes, which means that all the training is starting to show. It also helps that the weather is now improving, allowing a more conducive environment for our training. I was happy with the results and I think we will continue to improve as we prepare for Nationals."
